Come to find out, GSG made the Sig Mosquito under contract for Sig Sauer. When Sig discontinued it, GSG renamed it the Firefly. It feels solid and operates like a sig. Came with 3 magazines and all the original paperwork. GSG makes a nice little 22. GSG made the mosquito for Sig and the only difference between the mosquito and the Firefly is the mosquitoes says Sig on it and the Firefly does not. ... The GSG 1911-22 has a light weight slide (zinc, I think) this is much softer than the steel slide STOP. If you use the slide STOP lever to release the slide, it will cause excessive wear on the slide. By using the "slingshot" method to release the slide, you all but eliminate this problem.
