Hello, my friend got a I-693 medical rfe today for i-485 application. What does this mean? How long after medical do you get approval and GC? Thanks. It means they need to submit the medical. It could take anywhere from 1-12 months to be approved after submitting. How long after medical RFE response to expect I485 approval (RFE from Field Office) I received medical RFE from Philadelphia Field Office last week and responded (response delivered by Fedex on 4/28). When can I expect approval of my green card.
