The cluster module also operates all the door locks so its not likely to be a faulty cluster module, its more likely to be a door mechanism fault or a wire off. Run it by a dealer and let them look at it. It may even have a software update for the issue. Replace the battery. If the button cell battery in the key fob of 300 is replaced incorrectly or a battery is unsuitable, it can damage the vehicle key. Only replace drained batteries with new batteries in the same voltage, size, and specification. Make sure the battery is facing in the right direction when inserting it.
