Today, an new issue on my brand new Dell XPS 13. I was using windows normally when my screen started to look blurred. I don't really know how to describe it, but I took two pictures, one with the blur and one without. When I move the mouse, the screen was focused again and as soon as I stopped moving the mouse, blurred again.Inspiron 7706 2-in-1, camera blurry.
