When turning on tv and Uverse: AT&T Uverse not available at this time. Please try again later. In a box next to this message it has RESTART RECEIVER. Have tried EVERY iteration of reboots, soft, hard, factory resets, press and hold, etc, etc...a dozen times. Any ideas? My equipment is: Arris NVG589 and a Arris WAP VAP2500. If it is for your account you need to still contact uverse tech support (800-288-2020) to find out when you service is to be activated. Until then you cannot use the equipment.
