Streets and lighthouse are eating up your ram everyone here seems to have 16gigs of ram and those two maps take 18+ to run i was on 16 gigs aswell and changed to 32 and i can now run without issues Someone Checked ram usage on streets at times it can spike up as far as 32gb so 100 percent 32gb is minimum to run it decently.

Sometimes even worse drops to 30 in maps like Lighthouse. This has stopped me from playing Tarkov, but I do think there might be a solution.
