I h...I've tried some possible options at the Felogyr's Fireworks and nothing progresses quest. I have pickpocketed and read "Installation report" which is an item in orange border which should mean it is a quest item. Also i have read "Ledger of production: Motivators" and "Ledger of production: Explosives".
