Clinical students specialize in one of two tracks: an adult track and a child track. However, all students complete a core set of broad and general as well as clinical coursework.Consistent with the broad and general health service psychology specialties of both school and clinical child psychology, the doctoral program prepares students to be scientist-practitioners capable of addressing the significant and complex problems and issues facing children, youth, and their caretakers in a variety of settings and contexts.
