12 minute run strategy. Hey guys! I just started orange theory on Monday. My average speed for the tread workouts is around 6.6, push pace around 7 or 8, base pace is around 6 or 5.5 if my legs are feeling super sore. Anyone have any suggested strategies for the run, I am wondering where I should start pace wise and how to approach it..
