Definitely surprised with the slow fishing reports on Tichigan! I follow the reports very often as do I fish Tichigan very often. Gills have been on fire the last few weeks including today. Water temp was 56.9 gills biting clear through sundown. Not saying every fish is a keeper but easy limit of 7-8's less than a hour.Fishing Reports. Report for 5/17/23. Fished from downstream of 10 mile creek into north end of Petenwell. Ended with 39 shorts, 4 legals, 8 whiteys, a snot rocket, carp and couple of sheeps. Morning bite was good. Plastics out fished minnows early with a pretty good jigging cadence and aggressive bites.User since 12/26/18. Was out on Fox today. Found 3 Walleye floating with their gills cut. User since 2/12/23. Here's the footage from the smallmouth bass trip we had on the Peshtigo River. We fished mainly around the railroad bridge, but we did go downriver and fish one spot with a lot of brush piles. I want to go back to that spot and wade fish some more.
