Literally getting into a residency program is a dream and a goal that a lot of people hope for but can't or don't make happen. Take the residency program. Any other hospital may give you 'training' but it's nothing like a residency program. I know cause I left my first job after a couple years and went into a whole different specialty.Part of the Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services, we specialize in the medical evaluation and care of newborns who are at or near term.
