Be sure you are testing the presence of spark correctly -- the Onan is a wasted spark style configuration and the two plugs are wired IN SERIES, so you need to ground the unobserved plug when viewing the other for spark intensity.Removed one and both spark plugs, placed against block, no spark noted. With spark plugs in engine, key in on position, placed ohm meter on positive and negative of the coil - reading is 17 ohms. Serial number of the tractor is C314L 19146LM. Took the points off and cleaned them. They were a little pitted so I filed them down to take the pitting out. Regapped them a little under .020".
