Horry county ordinances
The Horry County Police Department and Government do NOT wish to fee any resident or business. We do NOT want the money, we want to REDUCE false alarm responses. Our public safety officers time is more valuable than the fees received. We need the officers free to respond to legitimate criminal incidents rather false alarms.Members of the Horry County Council and Myrtle Beach City Council will meet for dinner at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Swing & Swine in Myrtle Beach, SC. The dinner is not a formal meeting, and there will be no official actions or votes taken. This is a chance for councilmembers to get to know one another better.
