Here's what I ended up doing to fix it: Go to "app info" for voicemail app. Under Usage, click Storage. Clear data. Reopen app. When I reopened to the app, it led me through the initial setup of the Spectrum visual voicemail service. All of the voicemails that I had from when I had Verizon service were still there. My voicemail just quit working, I get no notifications of any voicemail left, visual voicemail is completely gone and the only option I have is the button to call voicemail. I I had them reset my voice mail, change my pin, I’ve reset my networks, completely restored my phone, turned airplane mode on and off,... I don’t know what else to do!
