Jan 19, 2022 · Great Customer Service. Whilst assembling a Keter High Store Plus I managed to break one of the hinges. I contacted customer service and a few days later a replacement arrived free of charge. Impressive service, thanks. Date of experience: September 27, 2023 Outstanding Customer Service. I had purchased 4 Keter 3 tier storage/shelving units from Homebase. Unfortunatly one of the selving sets was missing 4 legs. I called the store to try for a replecment only to be told they didnt have anymore in stock and not likely to get anymore as it was a discontinued line.Exceptional Customer Service team & quality of product (Keter Factor Sheds x 2) Previously bought a Keter Factor 8x8 xhed & very impressed by the quality. So much so, that I bought a Keter Factor 8 x 11 shed to match.

I received an exceptional level of care and service. 6 days after the storm and 4 days after my enquiry, my problem has been resolved and my storage is back to normal.
