Well I stumbled across the video above and it seems like I’m not the only one with an issue. Below are a few other posts and Cadillac forums talking about similar issues people are having with their Cadillac CUE.So, here’s how to perform a restart — otherwise known as a hard reset — on Cadillac vehicles equipped with CUE: Turn the vehicle on. Open the CUE faceplate, thereby exposing the storage area behind it. With the faceplate up, turn off the vehicle. Open the driver’s side door.The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. The CUE screens comes on but the touch part of the screen is not working for any command.
