Obituary. Paul Arthur Titus, 79, of Kittanning, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at Kittanning Care Center. Paul was born July 6, 1942, a son of the late Arthur and Nellie (Bish) Titus. Paul was in the Life Armstrong Program from 2015 until he passed away. The staff took very good care of him as well as the Kittanning Care staff.What does Titus chapter 3 mean?
