Good evening, I've been trying to troubleshoot Rdk-03004. I have done several restarts, unplugged the deceive several times and even had a virtual assistant attempt a system refresh. What i can't seem to get is the assistance of another human being. When none of the suggested remedies work can't even get to a person for help.
