2 Messages. 8 years ago. I have the same problem with the modem/router I received in Jan of 2013. The sticker on my modem only contains the SSID and Wireless security number. Spent hours today in an online chat with several support people at ATT. The last person insisted that the device access code should be on the modem/router.browndk26. The only way to reset the access code is from within your home. The only people who can access your gateway settings from outside the home would be att reps with permission from you to access it. So if your access code is being changed back to the default, someone in your home is manually factory resetting the gateway.Depends on what Fiber gateway you get.
