Gear Sets.This build gives you 331 universal crit rating and 403 crit rating for balance, 160 uni block rating, 5 uni armor pierce, 15% inc. healing, and 150 shadow pip rating. The only problem I have that I'm adjusting is the 81% power pip rating. This is my build for my level 150 (mostly) solo balance wizard!
