Hung Jury is an extremely powerful Scout Rifle. it is a solid pick in PvE, and with the right roll, it can dominate in PvP too. With Box Breathing active, Hung Jury can kill in 0.67s, making it a highly competitive weapon. Great review, but you really can't compare the 2 based on the fact that one is an energy weapon and one is a kinetic weapon. I base this on the recent post comparing the damage of the same archtype of weapons across kinetic and energy weapons.
