All of my Verizon coworkers and students are having the same issues I'm having. I've been with Verizon over 20 years and have never had issues like this. I can have 2 bars with 5G and still can't receive/make calls (when I'm not stuck is SOS mode). 5G has always run slow for me, but I didn't have this issue when it was run in LTE.To turn these settings on: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
