Available Colors. The KTM 450 is a four-stroke enduro off-road motorcycle manufactured by KTM. The models available in the US are the 450 EXC, the 450 (close ratio) XC, and the 450 (wide ratio) XC-W. The EXC is street legal in all 50 states. The 450 EXC was launched in 2003. It was an evolution from an earlier model, the 400 EXC. My buddy owned a 2020 KTM 500 XCF-W. It still had the O2 sensor and I believe the intake reeds. These 2023 450's don't have either. KTM has promised this bike to be less restrictive than XCF-Ws of the past, as it's supposed to be a "racer," not just a trail bike.
