Mine had the clicking noise twice and both times it was wheel bearings. 99 2500 4x4 Laramie, Ranch Hand front,62/65/12, ADR/Pulse, MBRP 4" , BHAF, AD100, Isspro fp gauge, lvld, boost elbow, Relentless:thumbsup: billet w/ triple. CPP 200s, Tunnel Ram.The best way that I could tell ya is to look at the bushings and see if they are worn. If the nut on top is loose, take it the rest of the way off.. and go drive around and see if the noise goes away. Take both sides off, believe its a 14mm nut. The push up on the sway bar to get the bar away from the links. Test drive.
