If you want 2 31.5% Radials with a specific Curse, the droprate is 3% ÷ 54 (3 for Ranks, 6 for Curses and another 3 for Shapes). Undead giant in a depth 5 cursed dungeon would be my guess. Undead Giants are slightly easier in that they primarily drop adept gems. However, the watchers will give you better numbers.
