Honda accord touch screen not working

I took the dash apart and got to the screen. I entered with the assumption this was a cabling/connector issue. So the first thing I did was wiggle the two connectors going into the screen. One was a 2 pin and the other was an 8(?) pin. When wiggling the 2 pin connector the screen would go between working and, you guessed it, not working..
