I can’t seem to figure out, if there is a way, to adjust the brightness without first exiting whichever game I’m playing. I know with JELOS it was (I believe) done by holding down ‘select’ and pressing either volume button. Can’t seem to find any such shortcut for ArkOS. I'm not sure if I encountered the same issue before but got it fixed after change the volume in the sound settings. Press Start and go to the sound settings and see if your volume is at 0%.
