You have NO idea, if you dont like loud cars and crowds think about going another week during April, it is very crowded and takes forever to get to your destination, even on the back roads.Pigeon Forge on the other hand will be crazy! We came once during the Rod Run and it took around 2-3 hours to get from PF to Gburg (we didn't know the back roads). I would think that with the amount of traffic on the strip, they back roads will be extremely busy as well.
