Player scavs you can tell by how they move (and dont get stuck on walls) as well as how they shoot. AI rarely misses and 1 headshots often. Players miss often. As for telling them apart. I honestly cant tell the difference other then maybe they might have more then 1 gun on them (scavs generally only have 1)
