Like you, I had no issues with my LTE extender until recently. I have an active Verizon account and the only changes I have made in the last month or two is adding another line to my account. I’ve restarted my extender and verified the Ethernet cable is good, but still can’t get past the “Connecting to seGW server” step.

Right now I use Verizon Fio for internet, phone and TV. My ONT has a coxial cable that goes to splitter for TV and Verizon router. My router only has 1 coxial cable plug.
