Had trouble restarting and when it did start it ran really rough. I did notice the upper radiator hose was hot but the lower was cold.

Unfortunately, replacing the Engine Cooling Temperature Sensor (on radiator) and the Engine Coolant Thermostat (font side of engine) did not fix the issue.
