Luck in BL3 def does not work like you think it would. For the most part it only increases the drop rate of blue and purple items (effectively lowering drop rate of green/white). It technically does affect legendary drops but the difference is so incredibly small that there’s literally no point.

I ran science boost, loaded dice with +15% luck, luck boost guardian rank with +12.31 in luck, an All-In shield, and I find no evidence that it affects anything once you are in Mayhem mode. Science boost if anything. But don’t nerf your character to get boosted luck.
