That's irrelevant, you won't be able to rescan the same Amiibo regarless in BoTW because it resets every 24h based on the Wii-U's internal clock, if you notice, the save games are always the same day so BoTW will keep thinking 24hrs havent passed and you won't be able to reuse the same amiibo. 3.So there are two possibilities. I double checked the Nintendo website to confirm the location of the NFC location.. On the Joy-Con, the NFC touchpoint is located on the right control stick. On the Pro Controller, the NFC touchpoint is located over the Nintendo Switch logo at the top-center of the controller. Think I may just end up exchanging it with Amazon.

I'm not familiar with the program you're using so I have no real solution (short of try all the files? get new files? really idk), but in game if you can't use an amiibo somewhere it won't show you a circle like you're seeing in the video, it will just be an X. I'd imagine the program would do the same, but I have no idea.
